Migrating NZePS to Azure
The use of the NZ ePrescription Service (NZePS) grew rapidly in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to improve stability, security and scalability, service provider Whānau Tahi migrated the NZePS to Microsoft Azure.

Whānau Tahi deliver NZePS to Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. The service has grown rapidly in the last few years: GPs on the Government e-Prescription Service jumped from 415 in March 2020 to 1038 in March 2022.
